SEBRE and EX ING B&P conclude the deal to build the "Marina Dorćol" residential complex
SEBRE Marina Dorćol, a Serbian subsidiary of the SEBRE a.s. from the Czech Republic and EX ING B&P, the Belgrade based construction company concluded the deal today to build the "Marina Dorćol" residential complex.
The agreement sets out all the principles of cooperation between the two companies, that will see the construction of a 120 thousand square meter residential complex, retail units, public areas and a marina with 40 berths.
The "Marina Dorćol" project is being developed on a 4,3 hectare plot in central Belgrade, on the bank of the river Danube. It will be developed adjacent to the new Linear-park and is the creation of a renowned Czech architect Stanislav Fiala and Jelena Kuzmanović from Serbia. The project comprises 15 residential towers and will be developed in two phases. The beginning of construction is planned in the third quarter of next year.
EX ING B&P is a well-established construction company, operating in Serbia for 25 years. In this period the company has developed its reputation as the builder of choicde for some of the most demanding residential and commercial buildings.
