Petr Němec joined Sebre in 2012 as a partner and investor. During the past twenty years, he has held
high-level management positions in England at ConvaTec and Bristol-Meyers Squibb, following a brief
tenure at the law offices of White & Case LLP in New York. In 2000, he founded the Swiss company
PharmaSwiss, which he directed until 2010. He is presently an independent investor in Prague, Berlin and Belgrade.
In 1984, Petr Němec received a doctorate in financial and economic law at Charles University in Prague.
Jan Fidler is Petr Němec’s partner at Sebre. In 2011, he founded the building company Hinton, and he is also
a partner at the tech firm CleverMaps. He has worked in development and construction since 2004, when he
took up a position in Skanska’s development division.
Jan Fidler’s alma mater is the University of Economics, Prague.
Sebre’s executive director is Jan Kubíček. Until 2013, he managed development for over five years at AIG/LINCOLN CZ,
after participating in managing commercial activities at Skanska CZ in the area of building construction. At the
beginning of his career, he worked at COPLAN CZ ENGINEERING and Loxia.
Jan Kubíček is a graduate of Czech Technical University in Prague.
